Shipping & Packing

Our office is in Berlin and (with the exception of some delicate items) you may collect your items from one of our warehouses. Upon request, we can deliver to almost any location Europe-wide.

Cutlery and non-fragile smaller decorative items will, if possible be sent by overnight courier, the cost will depend on weight and number of packages.

We deliver furniture, depending on size and quantity, by van or truck to “the door” at ground level. Should your location be on higher floors or inaccessible terrain we can offer helping hands, at additional charge..

Unfortunately, we cannot ship dishes and glasses by parcel. Here we offer pickup from one of our warehouses, city courier within Berlin or a direct transport. Costs depend on distance and volume of your order.

The transport costs depend on the size of the vehicle, the distance and how many days there are between delivery and pickup.

For an additional charge, we can offer helping hands to setup, decorate and strike, an hourly rate plus call-out fee will be charged.

A packing fee of between 15.00 and 50.00 Euro (including VAT) for each order may apply.
